An RF cannula can be placed percutaneously near a target, such as a painful spinal nerve. An RF electrode is placed within cannula to deliver RF energy to the tissue and measure temperature.

Radiofrequency Cannula

Smooth, steerable, cost-effective RF Cannula for use with thermocouple (TC) electrodes. Each RF cannula’s insulation is tapered at the tip for easy insertion and maneuvering. Siliconized insulation (white) offers enhanced lubricity. Echogenic cannula enhance tip visibility in ultrasound images. Available in all sizes and shapes used in spinal pain management and podiatry, including straight or curved shafts, sharp or blunt points. Shaft lengths: 5, 10, 15, 20 cm.  Tip exposures: 2, 4, 5, 10, 15 mm.  Diameters: 22, 21, 20, 18, 16 gauge.
